Dimitri y Lupita. Shashlik by the canal. Our dacha-and-chinampa corner. Shashlik is the charcoal-grilled skewer of the Caucasus, a classic weekend meal at the Soviet dacha. We marinate it slowly and grill it over fire beside the canal, with chinampa vegetables: zucchini, peppers, mushrooms and onion. Available with 'Fire at the Chinampa', at events and for group experiences.
