How long does membership last?

Club rules and terms
1. Nature
The Dachimilco Founders Club offers a prepaid membership granting access to experiences and in-kind benefits at the Dachimilco chinampa, Xochimilco, Mexico City. The membership is not an investment. It grants no ownership, stake, financial yield, dividends, profit share or rights over Dachimilco, the land, its assets or AMAYAD. There is no guaranteed buy-back and no expectation that its price will rise.
2. Responsible entity

3. Units and tiers
Each unit costs USD $500. Maximum 10 units per person and 100 units in total. Tiers: Seed (1), Root (3), Harvest (5) and Legacy (10). Benefits follow the total tier and are not multiplied per unit.
4. Price and payment
The price is in USD. The MXN equivalent uses the exchange rate on the payment date (tipo de cambio del día), per a reference to be defined [PENDIENTE]. Payment will be by processor link (Mercado Pago, Stripe or Clip) [PENDIENTE: which]; "Pay with Bitso" shows as Coming soon, inactive. Taxes (IVA) and fees: [PENDIENTE]. 5. Term
24 months from the activation date in the final agreement [PENDIENTE]. Benefits not used within the term expire, subject to the changes policy [PENDIENTE — legal review].
6. Use of benefits
Every benefit is booked in advance and depends on the seasonal calendar, capacity, and crop and weather conditions. No harvest is guaranteed in quantity or variety. Guests are registered in advance, subject to capacity and rules. The garden bed follows the Adopt a Bed care rules [PENDIENTE]. Photos with faces require consent. No health claims are made.
7. If Dachimilco cannot provide a benefit
If an experience is cancelled due to weather, season, safety or force majeure, it is proposed to reschedule or replace it with an equivalent experience, without limiting statutory consumer rights. If no reasonable alternative is possible, the defined remedy applies (credit, pro-rata refund or other) [PENDIENTE — legal review].
8. Cancellation and refunds
[PENDIENTE — legal review]: including the withdrawal period and refund conditions, in line with Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law and, where applicable, PROFECO registration of the adhesion contract.
9. Transfer
Founding memberships are personal and non-transferable during the term. The digital credential, if any, only proves membership and access; it has no trading function or market. Any exception (death, justified cause) requires club approval, at no premium [PENDIENTE — legal review].
10. Founders wall
Names appear only with express consent once the membership is confirmed, and can be removed on request.
11. Advisory opinion
The Legacy tier opinion is non-binding and grants no vote or management powers at AMAYAD or Dachimilco.
12. Transparency
The club will send the transparency dashboard reports. This grants no individual audit or management rights.
13. Privacy notice (LFPDPPP)
Before collecting real data a full privacy notice will be published: controller [PENDIENTE]; data collected (name, optional phone, units of interest); purposes (waitlist, membership and bookings, with separate optional secondary purposes); transfers (payment processor [PENDIENTE]; WhatsApp when the holder chooses it); ARCO and consent-withdrawal channels [PENDIENTE: email or channel]; changes to the notice. The current form only opens a WhatsApp message; it stores nothing on a server and processes no payments.
14. Changes and jurisdiction

15. Non-investment clause
The Dachimilco Founders Club membership is a prepaid service of experiences and in-kind benefits. It is not a security, financial instrument, virtual investment asset or equity interest. It generates no financial yield, interest, dividends or any right over profits, assets or decisions of Dachimilco or AMAYAD. There is no buy-back commitment and no expectation of appreciation.
